Die Marienburg ist eine Ordensburg, am Fluss Nogat. Von 1309 bis 1454 war die Burg Sitz der Hochmeister des Deutschen Ordens im Deutschordensstaat. Im Hof des Mittelschlosses befinden sich die Statuen der folgenden Hochmeister des Deutschen Ordens: Herrmann von Salza, Winrich von Kniprode, Siegfried von Feuchtwangen und Albrecht von Brandenburg. Die Burganlage ist der größte Backsteinbau Europas, Malbork, Pommern, Polen, Europa | The Castle of the Teutonic Order in Malbork (Zamek w Malborku), is a castle on the river Nogat. From 1309 to 1454, the castle was seat of the Grand Master of the Teutonic order in the State of the Teutonic Order.
